These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zifra ("we," "us," or "our"), a product operated by Muhammad Patel (zifraapp.com), including the Zifra mobile application and website. By creating an account or using Zifra, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zifra, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Zifra is a personal finance application that helps you track expenses and income, set budgets, and gain insights into your spending. Some features rely on AI processing and third-party services.
Zifra is a product developed and operated by Muhammad Patel, an individual developer based in Panama. The app is published under the Apple Developer Program and Google Play Developer accounts registered to Muhammad Patel.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zifra. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Zifra for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
5. Subscription Terms
Zifra Pro is $2.99/month or $24.99/year. 3-day free trial available. Payment charged to Apple ID. Subscription renews automatically. Cancel anytime in App Store settings. Unused trial forfeited upon purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
6. Disclaimers
Zifra is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. The insights and analytics provided by Zifra are for informational purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zifra and Muhammad Patel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using Zifra at any time and delete your account from the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Zifra after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Zifra shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
